Combine Barnstaple in North Devon with the exquisite Royal Duchy in Falmouth and the South Devon delights of regency Sidmouth. North Devon, South Devon and Cornwall all on one tour. Itinerary
Day 1 |
We travel to Barnstaple and enjoy a drinks reception ahead of dinner. |
Day 2 |
We visit Rosemoor RHS today, which has something for all garden lovers and visiting in October also potentially adds a little autumnal colour to the proceedings. |
Day 3-4 |
We include a free day in Barnstaple, before departing for our journey to Cornwall on day 4, |
Day 5-6 |
The classic round trip of Cornwall's southwest tip awaits today. As we approach Marazion you will spy St Michael's Mount across the water. We continue to Lands End, Britain's most southwesterly point, ending the day at stunning St Ives. The following day is at leisure to explore Falmouth or to relax. |
Day 7 |
Departing Falmouth, we take the scenic route to South Devon across Dartmoor, stopping en route in the market town of Tavistock. Later we arrive at our final hotel in charming, popular Sidmouth. |
Day 8 |
We include a half-day excursion today to the excellent Seaton Tramway, a lovely scenic ride along the River Axe, through wetlands with an abundance of wildlife to the village of Colyford. We return to Seaton and by coach to Sidmouth for a little free time ahead of our final dinner together. |
Day 9 |
After breakfast we depart our hotel, returning home in the afternoon. |
